OUR REAL ESTATE MISSION
We bought our first home in August 2003. It
took several weeks of searching before we
found a home we loved. We made an offer
within hours of seeing the home for the first
time. The seller received multiple offers, so
we were elated to learn he had accepted ours.

As new homeowners, we were extremely satisfied with our
purchase. But, we noticed that we were still very interested in looking
at other homes. We had enjoyed exploring a variety of homes and
considering the potential each seemed to offer. Because of our new
interest in real estate, we continued to observe the market around us.

In spring 2005, we contemplated a few major life changes. Having
grown up in smaller towns, we found the Indianapolis suburbs to be
hectic, stressful and impersonal. We longed for a community with a
slower, friendlier pace. Our jobs in the city were draining, rather than
challenging, and we often worked from 9am to 9pm during the week.
We needed a change.

We attended real estate school in Indianapolis that summer. In
January 2006, we moved to Berne, Amy's hometown. We've been
able to work with clients in Bluffton, Berne, Decatur and Portland,
and we are eager to assist clients in any part of the three counties.
We're glad to finally be working at something we truly enjoy.
